1. For any type of character, especially your OC, detailed references would be very helpful.
2. Additional price of details, effects or background will be discussed in sketching phase. All change afterward will cost extra.
3. All purchases should be completed in a week after you have received and agreed with the sketches.
4. The deadline is minimum 2 weeks and maximum 3 months
5. For now I can only receive payment from paypal. For those from Vietnam, you can also bank or MOMO me.
